The machine adopts 4-column structure and mainly consits of pre-plasticization,injection,mold close and open,mold movement and ejection system,adopting corresponding hydraulic system,oil heating system,control system(PLC with touch panel) to meet the requirement of rubber products injection molding process.It is more compact in structure,rational in layout,fast injection,uniformity heating and accurate charging,which is suitable for various rubber products of natural rubber & synthetic rubber.
